Shipping policy

Australian orders less than $300: are shipped with tracking via Australia Post. You can select Standard ($9), Express ($12) or Express with Signature on delivery ($18).

Australian orders from $300: are shipped Express Post with tracking via Australia Post for convenience and security.

Express postage is free for orders $300 and above.

Orders valued over $500 will also require a signature. This will be included complimentary.

International Orders: International orders are sent Express using reputable couriers. Please see your checkout for the current shipping charge for your location.

International Import Taxes (most countries): International orders (outside of Australia) may be subject to import taxes.

As these regulations vary greatly for different countries, it is the responsibility of the customer to understand and (if applicable) pay the necessary import taxes of their country.

If import taxes are applicable in your country, your Customs department will request payment from you when the item arrives in your country and payment will be required before the item can be delivered to the designated address.

US Customers Only: In order to comply with new regulations, I have put systems in place to ensure that your import taxes are collected in advance. Therefore, you will not need to pay import taxes when your order arrives in the US and you do not need to pay any additional costs after you have placed your order.
